Maria is the founder and owner of Four Seasons Pet Salon LLC. Dogs and cats have always been a big part of her life and she cannot imagine a world without our fur friends.
 
Maria has a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University in Business and Accounting. She is a 13 year U.S. Army/Army Reserves veteran who served as a medic and as an emergency medicine instructor. Maria also formerly worked as an accountant and then in human resources management for global corporate companies. She left her corporate career in 2016 and shortly thereafter pursued a career working with pets and their humans. In 2021 she decided to expand her pet moving and concierge businesses, TLC Pet Movers LLC and South Tampa Pet Care, to include grooming and non-anesthetic teeth scaling for dogs. She wanted to make dogs look and feel their best with an opportunity for a closer checkup of the skin, coat and oral health.

In November 2022 Maria completed the 900 hour Professional Pet Grooming with Anesthetic Free Teeth Scaling at the Merryfield School Of Pet Grooming in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

What makes Maria different from other groomers?

Perhaps not different from some groomers, but her distinctive characteristic is being gentle and allowing every dog and cat to keep their dignity during the process. She grooms dogs and cats with TLC and in the time that they need.
